We sued the Forest Service in October 2023 for failing to provide documents requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) concerning the Santa Fe Mountains Landscape Resiliency Project and the Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon Wildfire, both on the Santa Fe National Forest. The court supervised release of documents ended on February 20, 2025. These documents are provided here to inform our members and the general public about the Project and Wildfire. The three original requests are included. We are represented by Peter Sorenson of Sorenson Law.
